The 39th Saturo Sounds releases sees the return of Darien J with his “What We Do” EP. After a successful debut earlier this year, we are excited to welcome back the very talented producer and DJ with yet another stellar release. Four brand spanking new and unique records for your listening pleasure. In his own words, Darien writes
‘”What We Do” EP is a collection of atmospheric techno tracks that blend my influences in techno, deep house, tech house, and ambient music. The EP reflects my approach to creating deep, minimal electronic music. The title track, “What We Do,” features deep rhythms and evolving textures that set the tone for the EP. “One Way” brings together elements of techno and deep house in a hypnotic groove. With “Default Resistance,” I explore tech house territory, focusing on intricate percussion and atmospheric layers. The EP closes with “Intro #2,” an ambient piece that offers a more reflective mood. These four tracks represent different aspects of my sound, from driving rhythms to more reflective moments, all connected by a deep, minimal aesthetic.’
