The 38th Saturo Sounds releases sees Octabar join the label roster with a 2-track progressive house EP titled “Pendulum”. Rounding out the release is 2 additional remixes from Steven Flynn and Vellichor.
The titular track “Pendulum” takes you on a journey through time. The energetic sounds and ethereal vibes give you the feeling of floating around. Get carried away with this deep progressive house track. The moral is “time goes fast, you should enjoy every moment in life.”
Steven Flynn’s interpretation of “Pendulum” showcases his consistent talent and nonstop output, of late. While maintaining the original’s essence, he puts forth a deeper, moodier spin on things – one that is not to missed.
The second track “It’s Cold Outside” and its themes showcase that even at the height of summer in much of the world, there are always times when you need more warmth. This track takes you on a deep inner journey and warms your heart with a deep, infectious vibe and compelling groove – one that will warm you up from the inside.
Vellichor’s remix is a special one. In his own words: “I really enjoyed the unique contrast of sounds Octabar put together with a deeper, darker electronic background, laced with an interesting vocal. I wanted to make it even darker and ominous. I used many original sounds that Octabar created, mixed and mashed with my own lead and groove development. I hope you enjoy!”
